Check-in is available from 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. and check-out is by 10:00 AM. You'll receive detailed self check-in instructions 15 hours before your arrival, including identity verification steps and key code information. Our self check-in system allows you to arrive at your convenience without worrying about reception hours.
Our convenient self check-in system gives you the freedom to arrive on your schedule. Approximately 15 hours before your arrival, you'll receive detailed instructions via email with everything you need, including how to verify your identity and the entry code to get into the property.
Yes, we offer flexible options for early check-in and late checkout with advance notice. After 2 PM, you'll need to book an extra night, subject to availability. All requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Absolutely! We're pleased to offer a 20% discount for stays longer than 7 nights, 30% for stays longer than 14 days, and 50% for stays that are 30 nights or more. These special rates are only available when booking directly with us.
We recommend all guest download and pay via Remitily. This is the easiest option. For Canadian's we accept etransfers at gctibben@gmail.com. Paypal is also an option, however there is a 4% fee associated with it. 2% paid by you and 2% paid by us. Payment is typically taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you have any specific payment requirements, please contact us before making your booking.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse. Our Wi-Fi connection is suitable for both leisure browsing and business needs.
Cleaning is available during your stay. Please let us know ahead of time the dates you want you unit cleaned. For stays less than 2 weeks there is an additional cleaning fee if you request this service. At 2 weeks or more there is no extra charge.
No, Each recommended service is completely independent. 14 Cedar does not accept solicitations; these are businesses we have personally used and confidently recommend.
No, pool use is for registed guest only. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the property and will have an additional cleaning fee added to your stay.
Yes! We use green energy. Solar panels on the roof power 14 Cedar, and any excess energy is returned to the grid.
We’re located right in the center, with beaches, restaurants, and shops all just a 2–5 minute walk away.
Yes, you can park along the street or alternatively there is a gated field located next door where you can park your vehicle. If it is locked please contact Alex, the property manager. He can be reached at 501 629-2467.
It's about a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from 14 Cedar to the immigration office. Directions can be found here.
14 Cedar has the following rules for our legal protection and your saftey. No smoking on the property, unregistered guests or parties, quiet hours from 7:00 P.M. to 11:00 A.M, follow all postage signage and use amenities responsibly. Parties are permitted when both units have been rented together or the other unit is unoccupied and a $175 USD daily fee has been paid in advance on top of rent. These provisions are for parties of 30 persons or less. Violations of the following rules may result in removal without refund.
Yes we allow pets, however there will be an additional cleaning fee added to your stay. Service animals may be waved on specific conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
